We offer great payment package to our drivers! The starting pay will vary from flatbed to dry van operations, but semiannual reviews are conducted for pay raises. Pay will rise between .01 and .02 every six months, reaching a maximum after 5 years. Plus, referral bonus for hired drivers at 30 days and 6 months. We do make it a priority to compensate our drivers for their hard work and help them grow their professional driving career over time.
